A member Company of BPI Net Empresas may have access to accounts of other companies even if they have not signed up to the Service. This means that the Client signed up to BPI Net Empresas (Parent Company) is able to have access to accounts of subsidiaries, which they do not own, using only an Access and a Personal Coordinates Card.
The owner of the Accounts to be made available (Subsidiary) determines which Accounts it allows the Parent Company (the company signed up to BPI Net Empresas) to access through the Service, as well as the Access Profile (Consultations or Global).
The owner of the Accounts to be made available (Subsidiary) determines which Accounts it allows the Parent Company (the company signed up to BPI Net Empresas) to access through the Service, as well as the Access Profile (Consultations or Global).
A specific Authorisation Matrix may be created for the owner of the Accounts to be made available. If the Company is already signed up to BPI Net Empresas, it may create a new Matrix for the same Accounts.
Nevertheless, the owner of the Accounts to be made available cannot define Users for the Company signed up to BPI Net Empresas. By giving access to its Accounts to the Parent Company, it is giving access to all the users of the Parent Company. If the owner of the Accounts to be made available intends to have Users defined by them to access their Accounts through BPI Net Empresas, then they must join BPI Net Empresas themselves as a Client. However, the Company signed up to BPI Net Empresas can remove the access of certain Users to Accounts of the Subsidiary.
The Subscription Level of each User (A to J) is always determined by the Company signed up to BPI Net Empresas.
