  • Natural person who does not hold any current account or who holds a single current account that can be converted into a Basic Bank Account.
  • A natural person who holds another current account can hold a Basic Bank Account with a natural person over 65 or dependent on a third party (with a degree of permanent disability equal to or greater than 60%).
  • A natural person who already holds a Basic Bank Account with a natural person over the age of 65 or who is dependent on a third party can access a Basic Bank Account individually if they do not have another current account.
  • A natural person who holds a current account with another credit institution, who declares on the appropriate form that they have been notified that the account will be closed. Issuing this declaration is optional but any refusal constitutes grounds for the Bank to refuse to open the Basic Bank Account.
